How enquiries reach you, and how long they wait. Who touches one before it becomes a booking. What gets retyped from one system into another. How much of the week goes to work that repeats. Whether anything you already bought is earning its keep. And what would have to be true for a fix to be worth paying for.
None of them ask for a number you do not already know. If you have to look something up, answer with your best guess — the score is there to point at the leak, not to grade you.
You get the result on screen, immediately, without giving an email address. There is no gate and no “enter your details to see your score” — the whole point of publishing this is that it is useful whether or not you ever speak to us.
If you do leave an address, it is so we can send the matching playbooks and follow up once. What is stored, who can read it and how long it is kept is written down in full on the data map.
About the outcome: a share of these end with “not yet” and two things to fix yourself first. That is a real result rather than a soft no — a build that cannot clear the bar is a worse month for you than the two fixes would have been.
