Fix it yourself.
Or we do it.
Every leak we fix for clients has a do-it-yourself version. These are the actual steps — real tools, real numbers, no gate. If you’d rather have it done in two weeks, you know where we are.
Who these are for
Somebody who runs a service business, has noticed one of these four leaks, and would rather try fixing it than buy anything. Each playbook names the tools, the order to do things in, and what “working” looks like when you are done. They are the same sequences we build for clients, minus the building.
What doing it yourself actually costs
A weekend or two, and then the part nobody warns you about: somebody has to own it afterwards. Automations drift when a tool updates, a form field is renamed, or the person who built it moves on. If you have someone who will notice when it breaks, DIY is genuinely the right call. If you do not, the honest question is not whether you can build it — it is who is going to keep it running.
Not sure which leak is yours?
The Operations Audit maps your business against all four in two minutes.
