The Challenge

Urban Build was managing 12 custom home builds through text messages and spreadsheets. Change orders got lost in long text threads, leading to expensive arguments. Clients called constantly asking "what's the status?" The owner spent 12+ hours a week just on communication.

The Build

We built a simple client portal where clients log in to see photos and updates. They can approve changes and pay invoices online. Everything is documented. No more "I never agreed to that" disputes.
